Convert OIOUBL Denmark
Upload an OIOUBL invoice or credit note — the Danish e-invoice format, as exported by e-conomic, Dinero or the Danish edition of Dynamics NAV and Business Central, for example. It is detected automatically and converted into the format of your choice, such as Peppol BIS 3.0, XRechnung or ZUGFeRD. The reverse is not offered: from 2028 OIOUBL is being replaced by NemHandel BIS 4, which builds on Peppol.

See EnterpriseWhat is OIOUBL Denmark?
OIOUBL is Denmark's national e-invoice format, a profile of UBL 2.0 published by the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen). Since 2005 it has been mandatory for invoices to Danish public bodies via the NemHandel network. It predates the EU standard EN 16931 and departs from it in several places: tax categories are called StandardRated or ZeroRated, duties (afgifter) appear as taxes of their own next to VAT, and payments use Danish routes such as FIK or Giro. Invoiceflair reads OIOUBL 2.01, 2.02 and 2.1, maps these differences onto EN 16931 and states in the validation report what had to be decided along the way — a duty taken over as a charge, for instance. Together with the PDF from your own invoice printout, “Combine” turns it into a ZUGFeRD invoice. Detection uses the document's CustomizationID (OIOUBL-…).
