E-invoicing mandate — Cameroon
A regime has been announced or is in legislation, but no binding start date is fixed. Planning here means planning for a direction, not for a date.
Cameroon monitors invoicing and output electronically — Art. L 8 bis of the Livre des procédures fiscales, extended to all businesses by Loi n° 2025/012 du 17 décembre 2025 — but has left the detailed rules to an arrêté of the finance minister that has not been published. The sanction is already in force: Art. 8(2) CGI denies the deduction for any invoice issued outside the system. That is why no date appears here — there is no portal, no specification and no cut-off date. ⚠ Cameroon has no “facture normalisée”; the term belongs to other countries in the region.
No obligation known
Cameroon: as at 10/27/2026, no statutory e-invoicing obligation is known. This entry exists because a missing country reads like “no obligation” without anyone having checked — here someone has.

What Invoiceflair can do — Cameroon
Cameroon: the engine currently carries no national format of its own. Validating, viewing and converting the European formats remains available — only a country-specific mandatory format is missing.
Stated limit: Invoiceflair creates, validates and reads formats. It is not a Peppol access point and not a clearing service — it does not perform transmission to an authority's platform.
