E-invoicing mandate — Nepal
A national network exists, but participation in business-to-business trade is voluntary — often alongside an obligation on public bodies to be able to receive e-invoices. Anyone who wants to invoice electronically here can; nobody has to.

Nepal · invoice content and registration in force
Since 2017 Nepal has governed the electronic invoice through a dedicated procedural rule of the tax authority, amended four times up to 2020 — anyone invoicing electronically falls under it. ⚠ The invoicing duty itself is form-neutral, and no retrievable source obliges any defined group to invoice electronically or to connect to the CBMS.

What Invoiceflair can do — Nepal
Nepal: the engine currently carries no national format of its own. Validating, viewing and converting the European formats remains available — only a country-specific mandatory format is missing.
Stated limit: Invoiceflair creates, validates and reads formats. It is not a Peppol access point and not a clearing service — it does not perform transmission to an authority's platform.
