E-invoicing mandate — Qatar
A regime has been announced or is in legislation, but no binding start date is fixed. Planning here means planning for a direction, not for a date.
In Qatar the enabling power exists, the date does not: Art. 69 of Cabinet Decision No. 39 of 2019 obliges taxpayers to discharge their obligations through the authority's electronic systems — from the day on which their commissioning is announced on the authority's website and in at least two daily newspapers. For e-invoicing that announcement has not been made to date. That is why no date appears here: there is a legal framework and no deadline, not the other way round.
No obligation known
Qatar: as at 10/27/2026, no statutory e-invoicing obligation is known. This entry exists because a missing country reads like “no obligation” without anyone having checked — here someone has.

What Invoiceflair can do — Qatar
Qatar: the engine currently carries no national format of its own. Validating, viewing and converting the European formats remains available — only a country-specific mandatory format is missing.
Stated limit: Invoiceflair creates, validates and reads formats. It is not a Peppol access point and not a clearing service — it does not perform transmission to an authority's platform.
